1. Attached - Verb ช่อง 3 .. มาจาก Verb ช่อง 1 ว่า To attach เป็น คำกริยาที่ต้องมีกรรมมารับ (Transitive verb) แปลว่า "แนบ" หรือ "ส่งแนบ ... มาด้วย" ถ้าใช้เป็น Verb ช่อง 3 ในการใช้แบบ Passive Voice โดยส่วนมาก ก็ใจะใช้ตามหลัง Verb to 'Be' แปลว่า "ถูกแนบมาด้วย"

- 1.1  Attached please find all the required documents. แบบนี้ เขาใช้ Attached เป็น Verb ช่อง 3 โดยการ "ละ" คำบางคำไป ... เต็มๆ ก็คือ As attached, please find all the required documents.

- 1.2 ใช้แบบตรงไปตรงมาเลย เป็น Active Voice (คือประโยคปกติ ที่ประธานเป็นผู้กระทำ) เช่น - I have attached all the required documents in this e-mail (คำว่า "already" จะใส่หรือไม่ใส่ก็ได้). ใช้เป็น Present Perfect Tense จะเหมาะสมกับการใช้ verb ตัวนี้ (สำหรับเหตุการณ์นี้) มากที่สุด

- 1.3 เปลี่ยนรูปให้มันเป็นคำนาม คือ "Attachment" ซึ่งแปลว่า "สิ่งที่แนบ"

ตัวอย่างเช่น

 This attachment contains all your requested documents.

2. Kindly คำนี้ เป็น คำวิเศษณ์ (Adverb) ซึ่งใช้ขยายความให้แก่ Verb, Adjective หรือ Adverb อีกตัวหนึ่งก็ได้ ตามคำแปลแล้ว มันแปลว่า "อย่างใจดี"

ตัวอย่างเช่น

You kindly taught me how to do this job. I really appreciate your teaching. แปลว่า คุณได้กรุณาสอนผมเป็นอย่างดีถึงวิธีการทำงานชิ้นนี้ ผมรู้สึกซาบซึ้งมาก



ความหมายการ Attache file ความหมายคล้าย คือ ตามเรื่อง ตามเอกสาร แนบพร้อมนี้

ตัวอย่างเช่น

Please find attached a list of all staff who came late to work today. (ที่แนบไว้กับจหมายนี้คือรายชื่อพนักงานที่มาทำงานสายวันนี้)

Thank you for your order. Please find enclosed your invoice. (ขอบคุณที่สั่งของ ที่แนบไว้คือใบแจ้งหนี้ของคุณ)
